I have been a paying Member of WW since April 7, 2011.  Since joining WW I have lost over 15lbs and recently earned my 16 week clapping hands charm for my keychain. (You get a keychain when you reach your 10% lost)

Prior to WW I counted calories for 1 solid year...almost exactly...I joined WW 2 weeks before it was 1 full year.  During my period of strictly counting calories and going to the gym 2-3 times a week, I ONLY lost 28lbs.  That is 28lbs in 352 days.  I am no genious, but I am highly intelligent and DO know that that just doesn't make any sense.

I decided to join WW after the New Year because I gained 10 of those 28lbs back over Thanksgiving and Christmas of 2010.  After Christmas I just COULD NOT lose any weight again no matter what I did, what I ate or how many times I worked out.

Now my Primary Physician advised me to join WW a long time ago and I didn't listen...until now.

So let's recap my situation:

1 year of calorie counting = 18lbs lost
4 short months of WW = 15+ lbs lost

Would I recommend WW to anyone trying to lose weight...ABSOLUTELY!
